  • Attending site meetings and Design Team meetings
  • Cost advice and cost control throughout the construction stage
  • Reporting on, evaluating and negotiating contractual issues with the Main Contractor
  • Negotiation of Final Accounts with the Main Contractor and nominated Sub-Contractors

A Project Management appointment will involve taking charge of all matters concerning the project and reporting / liaising with the Client.
