Quantity Surveying Service
Pre Contract

- Indicative client cash-flow projections throughout duration of the project

- Evaluation of tenders, Tender Report and contractor recommendation
Post Contract
- Preparation of monthly Interim Recommendations to the client advising amounts for payment to the Contractor.
- Preparation of detailed monthly Cost Reports for the client outlining the most up-to-date financial situation of the project
- Attending site meetings and Design Team meetings
- Cost advice and cost control throughout the construction stage
- Reporting on, evaluating and negotiating contractual issues with the Main Contractor
- Negotiation of Final Accounts with the Main Contractor and nominated Sub-Contractors
A Project Management appointment will involve taking charge of all matters concerning the project and reporting / liaising with the Client.
