Liebherr Construction Equipment – New Industrial Building & Offices at Osberstown, Co. Kildare.
New Sales & Service depot for Liebherr excavators & mobile cranes incorporating a two storey office building, industrial servicing hall, a machine washing & parts storage building and over 6,000m2 of external concrete yards.

Liebherr Machining Hall
Liebherr Machining Hall 5 & subsequent extension for a second CNC machine, Killarney, Co. Kerry.
New industrial building with large waterproof concrete base, 5m deep, for a CNC boring & milling machine with 2 large span concertina type doors both ends of the building to allow large fabrication parts in and out.
The building involved highly coordinated mechanical & electrical services. This building and the subsequent extension were both constructed within a live factory environment.

Subsequent Machining Hall extension to incorporate a second CNC boring & milling machine in line with the initial one to allow two machines to work on the same large crane component to improve efficiency.
An Enabling Works contract was employed to divert existing underground services & install groundwater control measures for construction of the subsequent machine base.

Large steel framed production hall measuring 16,650m2 internal floor area (170m length x 98m width x 22m height), incorporating overhead cranes, cantilever wall traveling cranes & many underfloor services highly coordinated to arrive at machine locations.

Liebherr Fenit Industrial Hall
Liebherr Fenit Industrial Hall, Fenit, Co. Kerry.
Industrial hall at Fenit port measuring approx. 800m2, for storage of electrical materials for incorporation onto finished crane parts prior to loading onto ships for final destinations. This building is steel portal framed and clad with precast concrete insulated façade panels due to the corrosive salt water environment.
An enabling works contract was used to demolish existing buildings & reroute underground live services in a live Port setting.
